What is an open-air photo booth?
An open-air booth uses a high-quality camera on a sleek stand with an open backdrop — no enclosed booth. Guests see themselves on screen, pose, and get instant prints and digital copies. It photographs groups better than an enclosed booth and fits modern venues cleanly.
How much space do you need?
About 10×10 feet plus access to a standard outlet — enough room for the booth, backdrop, and red carpet setup. We can adapt to tighter spaces with advance notice.
Do you provide props?
Yes, a curated prop collection is included with every package. Premium and themed prop collections are available as enhancements.
How do guests receive their photos?
Instantly — by text, email, or QR code at the booth. Every event also gets a private online gallery delivered within 48 hours, plus a physical SD card. Prints are included on Signature and Showcase.
What's your retainer / cancellation policy?
A $200 non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is due 7 days before your event. Reach out as early as possible for any rescheduling needs.
Do you travel outside of Charlotte?
Yes. Travel throughout the Charlotte metro area is included. Events beyond that are welcome — travel is quoted based on distance.
Is an attendant included?
Yes, every package includes a professional on-site attendant for the full event.
Can we customize the photo templates?
Essentials includes a template with your event name and date. Signature and Showcase include fully custom templates with your names, branding, and details.
What if there's a technical issue during the event?
We bring backup equipment to every event — redundant cables, multiple-carrier hotspots, tested before we leave. We plan for the unlikely so your event runs uninterrupted.
What's the difference between your three packages?
Essentials ($525, 3 hrs, digital), Signature ($725, 4 hrs, prints + digital + memory book), Showcase ($1,295, 5 hrs, everything plus premium backdrop, audio guestbook, and neon sign). Full details on the Packages page.
Can I extend time during the event?
Yes, based on availability. Additional hours are $125. Let your attendant know.
What types of events do you serve?
Weddings, corporate events, trade shows, milestone birthdays, rehearsal dinners, brand launches, and private celebrations.
How does digital delivery work?
Photos upload to a private gallery during your event; guests get a link to download and share. Gallery delivered within 48 hours.
Are outdoor events possible?
Covered outdoor setups (tents, pavilions, covered patios) are welcome — we confirm conditions in advance. Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance if your venue requires one.
